From 230+ lbs to the best shape of my life.
At 230+ I felt like complete crap. I wasn't happy with what I was waking up to in the mirror. I was training hard but eating whatever, following random programs off the internet, and wondering why nothing was changing.
What changed everything was learning how to build actual systems. Not just a workout plan or a meal plan, but a complete approach to training, nutrition, recovery, and protocols that all work together. Once I dialed in the process, the results came fast.
